(1) Resource India is doing business of e-advertisements by giving upto 30 KB space on its website http://www.resourceindia .net/ at very economical rates for one year and has adopted method of Multi Level Marketing to promote its business. Resource India have technology, infrastructure, capital and effective management to run this business but need customers those want to give advertisements on its website on the Internet. Only its advertisers are its participants and they don't have to pay anything extra to get incentives out of our Benefit Plan. The laws and regulations are designed to protect the interest of people from losing money on schemes that require some payments. But there is no investment to lose because Resource India is not charging anything extra but providing benefits to its advertisers to get incentives on booking new advertisements on our behalf. This is actually Agent-Principal relationship.

(2) This is not a Pyramid scheme because we are providing website space of 30 KB for advertisement on it for one year. When someone promotes our product by booking 3 advertisements then one gets incentives on sales of Ads.

(3) Anyone who requires hard copy of any legal information can contact our office.

(4) No participant will have any right of whatsoever in the business/ working of the Company.

(5) All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

(6) Resource India has the right to reject/modify the advertisement.

(7) The legal formalities are completed by Resource India . Resource India is here to stay forever. Any other query can be cleared at our office at:
